Israeli Media: Iran 12-Hour Strike Inflicts Over $500M in Damage

DID Press: Israeli newspaper (Israel Hayom) reported that a wave of Iranian missile and drone strikes over a 12-hour period caused more than $500 million in direct damage to Israel’s critical infrastructure.

The report says preliminary assessments indicate significant damage to energy facilities, communication networks, radar systems, and military installations. Several sites in northern and central Israel were reportedly hit, with some temporarily taken out of operation.

Industrial sources also reported disruptions, including temporary shutdowns of factories and energy centers. Analysts in Israel warn that total losses could rise substantially once indirect costs—such as production delays, transport disruption, and air-defense expenditures—are fully calculated.
