DID Press: Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces (Hashd al-Shaabi) announced that more than 2.3 million mourners have taken part in the funeral procession of the Martyr Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, in the holy city of Najaf.
According to the statement, large crowds continue to arrive from different parts of Iraq to participate in the ceremony, with the number of attendees steadily increasing.
Officials said the turnout has already exceeded 2.3 million people and is expected to rise further as mourners continue to gather in Najaf for the historic event.
