Bus Crash in Zabul Leaves 49 Injured

DID Press: A passenger bus overturned after veering off the road in Bakorzo area of Qalat city, the capital of Zabul province, leaving 49 people injured, local health officials said.

Mirois Afghan, head of Zabul’s Public Health Department, said all injured passengers were transferred to the provincial hospital for medical treatment.

Officials said the cause of the accident has not yet been determined, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
