Uzbek FM Meets Mulla Baradar: Taliban
Uzbek Foreign Minister (FM) Abdul Aziz Kamelov and Esmatullah Ergashov, the special envoy of the Uzbekistan President for Afghanistan met Sunday with Taliban group’s deputy Mullah Baradar in Doha, the Taliban said in a statement.

According to the statement, Uzbek officials announced their commitments for ensuring peace in Afghanistan.
The talks between the Taliban and American officials ongoing and that no understanding has so far been reached about any agreement or document, the statement added.
The Taliban and Americans are likely to agree on the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan and a cease-fire.
