Former Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce Chief Returns to Kabul

DID Press: former head of Afghanistan’s Chamber of Commerce and a prominent figure in international economic institutions returned to Kabul after an extended stay in Germany, facilitated through a liaison commission with Afghanistani personalities.

Azarakhsh Hafizi, who previously held membership in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) and served on the board of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), returned to Afghanistan following years abroad.

During his career, Hafizi played a key role in facilitating international trade and economic relations.

Now, He returned to the country through Afghanistani liaison commission to re-engage with the nation’s business and economic community.
