Iran, Pakistan FMs Hold Constructive Talks in Ashgabat

DID Press: Pakistan’s Deputy PM and FM Ishaq Dar described his meeting with Iranian FM Abbas Araghchi as constructive, held on the sidelines of the international conference “Peace and Trust” in Ashgabat.

In a post on X, Dar said the two sides exchanged views on strengthening bilateral cooperation and shared perspectives on key regional developments.

According to him, both foreign ministers agreed to further expand cooperation in trade, regional connectivity, and people-to-people relations.

The meeting also underscored the shared commitment of Tehran and Islamabad to work closely toward promoting peace, stability, and prosperity in the region.

The talks were held within the framework of ongoing diplomatic efforts by both countries to deepen bilateral relations and enhance coordination on regional issues.
