DID Press: Amid the ongoing exchange of strikes between Russia and Ukraine targeting energy infrastructure, the Ukrainian military announced that it had carried out a missile attack on an oil refinery in Russia’s Rostov region.
According to Ukrainian sources, the attack resulted in several explosions at the refinery.
