Pakistan Alleges India–Kabul Alignment Against Islamabad
DID Press: Pakistan’s defense minister alleged that New Delhi and Kabul are aligned in efforts to undermine Islamabad, warning that Pakistan would not hesitate to carry out new strikes against Afghanistan if insecurity persists.

“Almost all branches of terrorism” are operating inside Pakistan due to what he described as Kabul’s lack of seriousness in countering militancy, adding that the term “complicity” would be more accurate, Khawaja Muhammad Asif said in an interview with France 24.
He claimed that recent attacks in Pakistan, including a bombing at a Shiite mosque in Islamabad, were the result of a “proxy war” by India with the collusion of the Afghan Taliban. Asif warned that Pakistan “would not hesitate to launch new strikes against Afghanistan” unless authorities in Kabul ensured security.
The defense minister also said that a military confrontation with India remains “a possibility.”
