Taliban–Pakistan Border Clashes Intensify
DID Press: Taliban’s Ministry of Defense announced that its forces captured a large Pakistani military outpost in the Shorabak district of Kandahar Province during an operation named “Radd al-Zulm,” amid escalating tensions along the Durand Line.

According to the ministry, several Pakistani soldiers were killed in the incident, and Taliban forces seized a significant amount of military equipment, including heavy weapons, night- and day-vision devices, ammunition, and other gear.
At the same time, Taliban officials reported two additional clashes in eastern Afghanistan. One occurred in the Dor Baba district of Nangarhar Province, where Taliban forces and Pakistani militias reportedly exchanged fire along the border. Another confrontation was reported at the Torkham Border Crossing, where tensions remain high following renewed skirmishes between the two sides.
The incidents reflect a sharp rise in cross-border tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan, which have escalated to concerning levels in recent weeks.
