Afghanistan-Belarus Trade Surpasses $200M, Uzbekistan Transit Key
DID Press: Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Rezhenkov announced that trade between Afghanistan and Belarus exceeded $200 million last year.

Rezhenkov told the Belarusian TV network “VNN” that Uzbekistan serves as a crucial transit gateway for goods, enabling expanded economic ties between the two nations.
He also emphasized Belarus’s interest in broadening commercial and economic cooperation with Afghanistan across multiple sectors and leveraging regional infrastructure to facilitate trade.
Since the Taliban’s return to power, Afghanistan has been expanding trade relations with regional and global partners, boosting exports, imports, and exploring new transit routes.
