Iran: Enriched Uranium Is ‘As Sacred as National Soil,’ Will Not Be Transferred

DID Press: Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Esmail Baghaei, has declared that the country’s enriched uranium holds critical national significance and will not be moved out Iran under any circumstances.

Baghaei emphasized the symbolic and strategic importance of the material, stating that enriched uranium for Iran is “as sacred as the nation’s soil” and will remain within the country regardless of external pressure.

The remarks come amid ongoing tensions surrounding Iran’s nuclear program and the management of its enriched uranium stockpiles, which have long been central issues in negotiations and disputes between Tehran and Washington.
