Afghanistan, Uzbekistan Signs 10 MoUs worth $112M
DID Press: The Taliban Ministry of Industry and Commerce has announced that ten cooperation memoranda worth a total of $112 million were signed between representatives of the private sectors of Afghanistan and Uzbekistan during a Trade Connectivity Conference in Balkh province.

The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Taliban said these memoranda were finalized on the sidelines of the Trade Connectivity Conference and joint meetings between government officials and members of the private sectors of Afghanistan and Uzbekistan in the Mazar-i-Sharif city.
According to the ministry, the aim of signing these documents is to strengthen economic cooperation, increase joint investment, and create new opportunities for trade between the two countries.
At the same time as these meetings, an exhibition of Uzbek products and goods was also inaugurated in Mazar-i-Sharif. According to economic experts, this exhibition can provide new opportunities for introducing Uzbek products and establishing direct connections between traders of the two countries.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce emphasized that Afghanistan and Uzbekistan have recently sought to expand the level of economic cooperation, and the signing of these memoranda is part of the growing trend of trade relations between the two countries.
