Taliban Reject Presence of Terrorist Threats in Afghanistan
DID Press: Abdul Mateen Qani has stated that no terrorist group posing a threat to Afghanistan, the region or the wider world is currently operating inside the country.

Speaking to media outlets, Qani said Taliban security forces maintain full control across Afghanistan and will not allow Afghan territory to be used against other nations.
He added that individuals or groups capable of creating serious instability or threatening neighboring countries no longer maintain a significant or concerning physical presence inside Afghanistan.
The Taliban spokesperson emphasized that the current security situation does not pose a danger to Afghan citizens, domestic stability or regional states, particularly neighboring countries.
The remarks come amid renewed concerns voiced by several regional governments in recent weeks regarding the possible activities of extremist groups in Afghanistan following ongoing regional security developments.
