DID Press: Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer has called for an end to U.S. military action against Iran, warning that prolonging the conflict would place American service members at greater risk.
In a post on X, Schumer said that “every second” President Donald Trump continues the war against Iran is another second that U.S. troops remain exposed to danger.
Schumer said Senate Democrats would push Republicans to hold another vote aimed at ending the conflict and bringing American forces home.
He concluded his message by urging an immediate end to the fighting, writing: “Enough is enough. End this war.”
