DID Press: Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Iran’s chief negotiator, said the commitments outlined in a memorandum of understanding were clear and accused the United States of undermining efforts to establish regional stability by failing to honor its commitments.

Speaking during a meeting with Pakistani Army Chief Gen. Asim Munir, Ghalibaf said Iran would not change course under pressure and remained committed to implementing the conditions of the memorandum.“The United States is the party that must abide by its commitments,” he added.
