DID Press: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that Ukrainian forces carried out a drone attack on Russian military targets and defense industry facilities in the Rostov region.
Zelenskyy said the attack targeted the Kamensky defence industry complex, which is involved in missile production.
In a post on the social media platform X, he said the operation also struck a Pantsir-S2 air defence system and a command-and-staff vehicle belonging to Russia’s S-400 Triumph missile system.
The Ukrainian president estimated the total value of the Russian air defence equipment destroyed in the operation at approximately $70 million.
Russian officials have not confirmed the claims, and no independent information has been released about the extent of the damage.
