Local sources confirmed twin explosions took place in Nangarhar’s Jalalabad city.
“the explosions occurred about 09:00 am (local time) on Pul-e Behsud in Jalalabad city,” said Ataullah Khugyani, the provincial governor’s spokesman. “the blasts took place near police headquarter,” he added.
According to him, two injured people were transferred to the local hospitals.
No group has yet claimed responsibility.
