Hamid Karzai has repeatedly criticized the actions of Americans in Afghan war after the formation of National Unity Government.

In the past days, the US ambassador has met with some Afghan politicians. Last week, he traveled to northern Balkh province and met with Ata M. Noor, the chief executive officer of Jamiat-e Islami party.

The visits come as peace with Taliban and election are the two hot political issues in the country.
