Two explosions in different parts of Kabul took the lives of 2 people.
Kabul police confirmed that two explosions took place on Wednesday morning at around 6 and 8 am (local time) in Arzan Qimat and Campany areas of Kabul city. At least two people lost their lives.
As a result of the two explosions, at least two people were killed and two other were wounded, said Kabul police.

Ferdaws Faramarz, a spokesman for the Kabul police said that the first explosion occurred about 6:45 am in PD-12 of Kabul city.
“A police vehicle was targeted by an IED. A military personnel was killed and another was injured as a result of the blast,” he said.

According to him, the second explosion took place about 8:07 am in Kabul PD-5, in which, a vehicle belonging to the Ministry of Education was targeted by a magnetic mine.
“An employee of the Ministry of Education was killed and another was injured in the explosion,” he added.
No individual or group have claimed responsibility for the two blasts yet.
