2 Pakistanis Arrested Over Deaths of 3 Afghan Migrants in Italy
DID Press: Italian police have arrested two Pakistani nationals in connection with the deaths of three Afghan migrants and one Pakistani worker following an alleged arson attack on a vehicle carrying migrant laborers in southern Italy.

Italian media reported that the victims were agricultural workers who had reportedly been involved in a dispute with their Pakistani employers over wages and employment contracts.
Authorities said investigations into the motive and circumstances of the incident are ongoing.
One Afghan migrant who survived the attack told investigators that the victims had been demanding formal employment contracts and payment of outstanding wages.
The incident has sparked widespread reaction in both Italy and Afghanistan. Giorgia Meloni described the attack as a “horrific crime” and called for those responsible to be brought to justice.
Afghanistan’s Taliban-run Foreign Ministry also condemned the incident and called for a comprehensive and impartial investigation.
