Iranian Military Source Says Majority of Targets Hit in Regional Operation

DID Press: An Iranian military source has claimed that a significant proportion of the pre-designated targets in an overnight operation against U.S. military facilities in Jordan, Kuwait, and Bahrain were successfully struck, based on preliminary assessments from satellite imagery and intelligence data.

Speaking to Iranian media, the source said initial reviews of satellite images and field reports indicated that the operation achieved a substantial level of success.

According to the source, preliminary assessments suggest that long-range ballistic missiles and operational drones launched by Iranian forces penetrated defensive systems deployed around the targeted facilities and struck intended objectives.

The source identified the reported targets as Al-Azraq Air Base, Ali Al Salem Air Base, and the headquarters of the United States Fifth Fleet in Bahrain.

The source further claimed that approximately 70 percent of the designated targets were hit with precision. The figures and claims have not been independently verified, and no official assessment from the United States or the host countries had been released at the time of reporting.

The reported operation comes amid heightened regional tensions and competing claims from the parties involved regarding the scale and effectiveness of recent military actions.
