Afghanistan-Pakistan Informal Dialogue Round Held in Istanbul
DID Press: A second round of informal dialogue between Afghanistan and Pakistan has been held in Istanbul, bringing together participants from both countries in an effort to strengthen mutual understanding and build confidence amid ongoing regional challenges.

According to IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, the talks took place on June 8 and 9 in Istanbul and were facilitated with the support of Qatari and Turkish mediators.
The organization said the discussions were conducted in a constructive atmosphere and focused on promoting trust, enhancing mutual understanding, and contributing to regional stability and prosperity.
IHH expressed hope that the dialogue process would generate practical and positive outcomes, helping to improve relations between the two neighboring countries.
The organization also highlighted the role played by Qatar and Türkiye in facilitating the latest round of discussions.
The informal dialogue initiative comes as regional stakeholders continue to explore avenues for cooperation and confidence-building between Afghanistan and Pakistan on issues of mutual concern.
