Khamenei Warns US: Iran Has ‘Unforgettable Lessons’ to Deliver

DID Press: The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, praised the massive public turnout at a ceremony honoring the “Martyred Imam of the Islamic Ummah” and warned that Iran and the Axis of Resistance have “unforgettable lessons” for the United States.

In a message marking the ceremony, Ayatollah Khamenei described the participation of tens of millions of people across Iran as “a historic epic and an unprecedented national awakening,” saying it reflected the nation’s loyalty to the ideals of the Islamic Revolution.

He also highlighted the attendance of senior religious scholars, cultural and social figures, state and military officials, and representatives of the Axis of Resistance, describing the gathering as a symbol of Iran’s Islamic identity and national unity.

Addressing relations with Washington, Ayatollah Khamenei accused the United States of repeatedly violating agreements, arguing that such actions had once again demonstrated the unreliability of commitments made by US presidents.

He further said that “coercion, hegemony and aggression” remain defining features of US policy and warned that if Washington pursues further confrontation, Iran and the Axis of Resistance have “unforgettable lessons” prepared for the United States.

Ayatollah Khamenei concluded by urging national unity, warning against internal divisions, and calling on officials and political figures to avoid deepening political and social disputes in order to preserve Iran’s cohesion and strength.
