Mujahid: Pakistan-Saudi-Turkey Military Pact Poses No Threat

DID Press: Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid has said a military pact involving Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey does not pose a threat to the Taliban government, describing the cooperation as part of relations among Muslim countries.

Speaking to an Indian media outlet, Mujahid said the agreement between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey does not cause concern for Kabul.

He said countries cooperate with one another based on their own interests and that the Taliban views the agreement as cooperation among Islamic countries.

Mujahid also stressed that the Taliban has no hostility toward any of the three countries and does not regard their military cooperation as a threat to the group.
