Dr Abdullah in Tajikistan to Discuss Peace
Chairman of High Council for National Reconciliation (HCNR) Abdullah Abdullah, leading a high-level delegation, landed in Tajikistan for a two-day official visit to discuss the peace process.
Sapidar Palace said in a statement on Monday that Dr Abdullah will meet the Tajik President, Prime Minister, speaker of the house of representatives, foreign Minister, and other dignitaries.
“In his meetings with the leadership of Tajikistan he will exchange views and discuss the Afghan peace process, regional support, and bilateral relations,” the statement added.
Mr. Abdullah has traveled to many regional countries to strengthen support for the peace process.
