Deadly blast in Herat; 10 killed and 6 wounded

10 civilians were killed and 6 others were wounded, as a result of a mine explosion in Adraskan district of Herat province.
The incident took place yesterday noon (Friday, May 26) in “Adraskan” district of Herat province.
According to (DID) news agency report, district governor of Herat province said that a vehicle was moving toward Ghore province, when it hit a roadside bomb in “Sherzad” area.
“All victims of the event were civilians, including women, children and elderly,” he added.

It is said that some are in critical conditions.
It should be noted that last evening, Taliban clashed with the security forces in the area, which is underway.
