China, Pakistan Call for Inclusive Political Framework in Afghanistan
DID Press: China and Pakistan jointly called for the establishment of an inclusive political framework in Afghanistan, emphasizing the participation of all groups in the country’s peace and development process.

In a joint statement, the foreign ministers of both countries stressed that such a framework is essential for building a stable and united Afghanistan and for advancing the nation’s reconstruction.
They urged the Taliban to adopt moderate policies and ensure the inclusion of diverse political groups in Afghanistan’s political process.
The statement also highlighted the importance of fostering good-neighborly relations with Afghanistan’s surrounding countries and strengthening regional and trilateral cooperation to address ongoing crises.
Additionally, China and Pakistan underscored the need for the Taliban to prevent the use of Afghan territory by terrorist groups against neighboring nations and to fulfill their commitments to counter terrorism.
