Kabul’s bloody morning; blast with many casualties
Today morning, around 6:30 am, a powerful blast left dozens dead and injured.
The explosion took place at Kabul PD3, in “Sar-e Karez” area, According to (DID) news agency report.
“24 people were killed and more than 40 others wounded,” Najib Danesh, interior ministry spokesman confirmed.
According to an unconfirmed report, 35 people were killed and more than 50 others wounded in this event.
Some sources report an increase in the number of deaths and injuries.
The explosion occurred near Mohammad Mohaqiq’s house, the deputy of the chief executive.
No group has claimed responsibility yet.
