DID Press: Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced the expulsion of Jens Gerardus, the Second Secretary of the British Embassy in Moscow, after accusing him of conducting intelligence-related activities.
According to a report by Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB), the diplomat was allegedly attempting to gather information related to Russia’s economy.
Russian authorities have revoked the diplomat’s accreditation and ordered him to leave the country within two weeks.
