Afghan Students Commemorate Fallen Girls of Minab School
DID Press: Afghan migrant students at the self-run Zaman School held a memorial ceremony marking the anniversary of the birth of Fatimah bint Musa(A.S), honoring the victims of the girls’ school Shajareh Tayyebeh School in Minab.

The event brought together teachers and students who participated in cultural and religious programs, including the recitation of Ziyarat Ashura, religious chants, and group performances.
Students expressed solidarity and respect for the victims by preparing memorial boards and written messages, highlighting their commitment to honoring the memory of those killed and the values associated with sacrifice and resilience.
School officials emphasized the importance of preserving the memory of the fallen, promoting a culture of dedication and responsibility, and passing these values on to younger generations. They noted that such programs help students learn about the history of sacrifice by girls and women and encourage courage and accountability in their own lives.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, students lit candles and paid tribute to the victims of the Shajareh Tayyebeh School, conveying messages of peace, hope, and unity among communities.
