IRGC Vows Greater Military Surprises Beyond Enemy Calculations
DID Press: Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) says Iran is prepared to achieve “new breakthroughs beyond the understanding and calculations of its adversaries” as it enters a new phase of confrontation, following what it described as victories over United States and Israel in recent regional conflicts.

In a statement marking the anniversary of its official establishment, the IRGC claimed that enemy military infrastructure in the region has suffered significant degradation, while Iranian armed forces remain at peak readiness to respond decisively to any threat.
The statement reviewed nearly five decades of the IRGC’s activities, from confronting separatist groups after the 1979 revolution and the eight-year Iran–Iraq war to what it called countering successive internal and external “sedition campaigns.”
It also highlighted recent military developments, including coordinated missile and drone operations, which it said disrupted enemy defense systems and created “strategic confusion” that ultimately forced a ceasefire request.
The IRGC emphasized that while a temporary pause in direct military confrontation is in place, surveillance and preparedness continue, particularly in relation to ongoing negotiations and regional developments.
It further warned that any renewed escalation would be met with “decisive and destructive responses” targeting remaining strategic assets of adversaries in the region.
The statement concluded by asserting that regional dynamics are moving toward a “new order without foreign intervention,” shaped—according to the IRGC—by resistance forces and under Iran’s strategic leadership.
