Ex-Mossad Official Admits Israel Strategic Setbacks Against Iran

DID Press: A former deputy head of special operations in the Israeli foreign intelligence agency Mossad has acknowledged that Israel has suffered both strategic and tactical failures in its confrontation with Iran.

“Udi Levi” stated that assessments of Israel’s performance against Iran indicate significant shortcomings at both operational and strategic levels.

He pointed to recent regional developments, including dynamics involving the Strait of Hormuz, arguing that unforeseen events during periods of escalation reflect weaknesses in Israeli intelligence analysis and forecasting capabilities.

Levi added that these developments suggest Israel has made serious miscalculations in key strategic assessments regarding Iran.
