Araghchi Warns Iran Will Respond to Any Threat Against Its Security

DID Press: Abbas Araghchi has warned that Iran will not leave any threat or hostile action unanswered, stressing that the country’s armed forces remain prepared to respond to challenges against its security.

Speaking amid heightened regional tensions, Araghchi said the United States was once again testing Iran’s resolve after what he described as setbacks on the battlefield.

The Iranian foreign minister stated that the armed forces of the Islamic Republic are fully prepared to confront any threat directed at the country and its interests.

“If you want to remain safe, it is better to leave our region,” Araghchi said, reiterating Tehran’s opposition to the presence of foreign military forces in the area.

He also highlighted the strategic importance of the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, noting that the waterway is shared by Iran and Oman and that maritime boundaries in the area are clearly defined.

Araghchi’s remarks come as regional tensions continue to fuel concerns about a broader confrontation involving Iran, the United States, and their allies.
