Taliban Agriculture Minister Visits India for Cooperation Talks

DID Press: Acting Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of the Taliban government, Ataullah Omari, has traveled to India at the head of an official delegation to expand bilateral cooperation in agriculture and livestock sectors.

During the visit, the two sides are expected to discuss expanding agricultural cooperation, exchanging expertise, adopting modern technologies, and increasing trade in agricultural products through export and import cooperation.

The visit comes as both sides seek to strengthen engagement in economic and technical fields, with agriculture identified as a key area for potential cooperation.
