Dr Abdullah Departs for Turkey

Heading a high-level delegation, Abdullah Abdullah chairman of High Council for National Reconciliation (HCNR) just left Kabul for Istanbul on a two-day official visit.

Sapidar Palace on Wednesday said in a statement that Abdullah Abdullah, head of HCNR departed for a two-day official visit from Turkey.
“During his official visit, he will meet and exchange views with excellencies the President, Foreign Minister, religious leadership and other dignitaries on Afghan peace process, intra-Afghan talks in Doha, regional and international support for peace, and bilateral issues,” the statement added.

Abdullah had previously traveled to Pakistan, India, Iran and Uzbekistan to discuss the Afghan peace process, and regional support for a stable Afghanistan.
