Although official sources have not commented on this issue, the probable participation of the chairman of High Council for National Reconciliation is being raised while the exact time of the meeting has not been determined yet.

UNAMA on Sunday said that the intra-Afghan talks will begin this week.
Meanwhile, a source from the Taliban group in Qatar said that the representatives of the countries will attend the opening ceremony of intra-Afghan talks via video conference due to Covid-19, but the Afghan government representatives will have physical presence.

This comes as Intra-Afghan talks have reportedly been delayed due to a halt in the process of releasing Taliban prisoners.
