The second VP further stressed that any proposed plan within the time frame set for holding parliamentary elections is subject to debate.

After discussing the proposed plan of political parties, it was decided at the quadrilateral meeting to continue the Joint Committee meetings both at technical and political levels.

The technical meeting on this plan will be held soon with the participation of technical representatives of the Independent election commission, technical representatives of political parties, civil society organizations associated with the elections and the representatives of biometric technology companies.
