President Ghani Meets European Delegation

President Ghani met with a delegation of European Parliament visiting Afghanistan led by Petras Austravicius, the presidential palace said in a statement.
“They discussed elections, peace process and reforms in Afghanistan,” the statement added.
The European delegation pledged support to Afghanistan during and post peace negotiations.
President Ghani thanked Europe and other partners of Afghanistan for steadfastly supporting Afghanistan, and added that Afghanistan partners’ role will be vital in implementation of a prospective peace agreement.
