Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met with ambassadors of NATO member states in capital Kabul and discussed elections and progress on the peace process, according to Arg.
During the meeting, which was held on Saturday at the presidential palace, Ashraf Ghani discussed government’s preparations for the upcoming presidential elections as well as progress in the peace process with the ambassadors of NATO member states.
Mr Ghani briefed NATO ambassadors on recent developments in the peace process and discussions that have been made with the US side regarding the issue, Arg said in a statement.
In the end, the ambassadors of NATO member countries spoke at the meeting and expressed their support from the Afghan peace process.
