DID Press: Afghanistan national futsal team will play its first match today, Tuesday (November 4), against Tajikistan in the Islamic Solidarity Games being held in Riyadh.
The match between the Afghanistan and Tajikistan national futsal teams is scheduled to take place at 12:30 PM Kabul time at the competition arena in Riyadh.
Afghanistan is placed in Group B alongside Tajikistan, Iran, and Morocco. The other group consists of Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Libya, and Azerbaijan.
Following the success of Afghanistan’s U-17 futsal team at the Asian Games in Bahrain, the Afghanistan senior national team now aims to deliver a strong performance in the Islamic Solidarity Games.
