Iran Seizes Unexploded US Missiles, West Fears Technology Exposure

DID Press: Iran’s state broadcaster Press TV reported that more than 15 heavy US missiles that failed to detonate during the Ramadan conflict were neutralized by Iranian specialist teams and transferred for technical and research analysis.

The report stated that the unexploded munitions were secured and moved to defense-related facilities for detailed examination. Among them was the powerful bunker-buster GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator, which was successfully disarmed and delivered to relevant authorities.

Meanwhile, the British outlet The i Paper, citing former analysts from the Central Intelligence Agency, reported growing concern among Western experts that Iran could gain insights into advanced U.S. and Israeli weapons systems through technical analysis of unexploded ordnance recovered from conflict zones.
