Mr Rabbani resigned as Foreign Minister but it is not yet clear whether it is accepted by president Ghani.

According the resignation letter of Mr Rabbani, selective approach, the formation of parallel structures, sidelining the formal entities are among the issues he resigned as Foreign Minister.
