New Phase of Peace process; Will Pompeo, “Brother” Meet in Doha

America is a country that can deal and marginalise a system which itself built, sponsored, institutionalised and guided towards the so-called “democracy”.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Tuesday at a public meeting in Iowa that he may visit Doha, where US and Taliban representatives are holding their talks, to help finalise a deal. This seems to be more serious now, and in the next two days, we will witness that US Secretary of State is meeting Mullah Baradar (brother).

Based on the peace talks that took place five times between US and Taliban delegation, the possibility of the visit is high and will soon see such strange diplomacy.
According to reports, Americans and Taliban will agree on a timeline for US troops withdrawal from Afghanistan; something described as the main demand of the Taliban for the peace process.

US diplomacy in the fight against the Taliban has changed sharply over the past six months, and it has been seen that diplomats have checkmated the high-ranking military officials in a breath-taking game. There is no other voice from the US generals, saying that “we will make the earth and sky hell for the Taliban”. Now, the work has come to a narrow status and “the magic monster” must seek for the honor.

One of the characteristics of the liberal democratic systems is that “profit” is a priority than anything else. If US profit (you read as national interest) requires, it can call the “short chunky man” as the “high-minded leader” of North Korea.

America is a country that can deal and marginalise a system which itself built, sponsored, institutionalised and guided towards the so-called “democracy”. In the past, it was Vietnam and now Kabul.
The situation, now, is the same. Mike Pompeo will talk with “terrorist” Taliban for the benefit of the White-House, saving thousands of dollars.

It is quite clear that the US is only thinking of an exit option. The early one. Therefore, the Afghan politicians, government, civil society, and the Afghan think tank should be careful that the 70s (solar year) scenario would not be repeated.
In the end, we should think of creating a welcome commission from “dignitaries Taliban”.
