The leaders of the country’s security sector Approved a plan to legalise the irresponsible armed individuals and groups.

According to the Presidential Palace (ARG), during the meeting, the members of the security and defense sectors discussed the current security situation, including the security status of Ghazni, Faryab, Nangarhar, and Farah provinces.

The ministers of the security sector briefed their achievements, security plans, threats, operations, and security measures to improve the situation.
The meeting also discussed factors that increased civilian casualties and emphasised to prevent it.

The members of the meeting shared their views on a policy and procedure to legalise the irresponsible armed groups, and a policy was approved by them which was set for final approval at the NSC meeting.
