A large number of Afghan citizens are unable to participate in the election process due to not having an electoral sticker.
“there is no time to put a sticker on tazkiras,” said Zabihullah Sadat, the deputy spokesman of the IEC.
This comes as the election rally of Sayed Alireza Mahmoodi – candidate for the upcoming parliamentary election from northern Balkh province – called on the IEC to put an electoral sticker on the tazkiras that do not have this mark.
Afghanistan’s upcoming parliamentary election is scheduled to be held in the coming Saturday.
