ARG’s Tyranny Dissatisfies Everyone

According to some sources, the disclosure that actually deepened the legitimacy crisis claimed by Dr. Spanta about the government of president Ghani, is part of Hamid Karzai’s practical steps.

If general Abdul Raziq, Kandahar’s police chief, who is a powerful person in that area and very close to Hamid Karzai, the former Afghan president, host the major summit of ARG’s critiques and opponents in the coming days in Kandahar, the confrontation between president Ghani and Hamid Karzai will enter a new phase.

According to sources, General Abdul Raziq intends to hold such summit, and has invited from a number of parliament members and critiques of the government and ARG presidency to attend the meeting. Ata M. Noor, the Balkh governor, Amir Ismael Khan, Mohammad Yunus Qanoni, Rahmatullah Nabil, Amrullah Saleh, Dr. Spanta, and a number of others have been invited to the meeting.

It seems that president Ghani’s threats against Hamid Karzai, former Afghan president have not been influential by removing Shir Mohammad Akhondzada, the appointed senator, Ahmadullah Alizai, adviser to president on local governance and Bismillah Afghanmal, Zabul governor who all called on holding traditional Loya Jirga (grand Assembly), Karzai’s target, and issuing a decree of investigating “Aino Mina” town.

The other day, Dr. Spanta along with Rahmatullah Nabil, former head of the national security directorate, and members of the political group leadership called (Mehwar-e Mardom) said: president Ghani’s administration is in legitimacy crisis and called on holding Loya Jirga. Meanwhile, Rahmatullah Nabil shockingly disclosed cheating in 1393 (solar year) presidential election, speaking at Tolo News “Siyah-wa-Safid” program.

According to some sources, the disclosure that actually deepened the legitimacy crisis claimed by Dr. Spanta about the government of president Ghani, is part of Hamid Karzai’s practical steps against the president. The sources say, Hamid Karzai is seeking to hold the traditional Loya Jirga to form a temporary government, in order to hold an early presidential election. It seems that Hamid Karzai in a confrontation with Ashraf Ghani, has the support of Russia and the Islamic Republic of Iran with himself, and tries to persuade all critiques and political opponents of Arg palace to hold Loya Jirga, ousting Ghani from office. “As I took Ashraf Ghani to Arg palace, I would get him out the same,” Karzai said.

Can Gulbuddin Hekmatyar – the main ally of president Ghani among the Jihadi leaders – maintain his success over Karzai in the confrontation?
Do Americans still back up president Ghani at any cost, despite the formation of a widespread coalition from Kandahar to Mazar-e Sharif and from Jalalabad to Herat?
