Statement of Establishing national accord government
National accord and variation is founded to surpass the current political crisis and accordance between political flows if in the country. With consideration and evaluation of the country’s history, national interest and presence of international community for easing current political crisis the National accord and variation suggests the following multi-stepped solutions as follows.
1. Afghanistan security has a direct impact on regional and Trans-regional peace; by considering this fact we suggest engaging in positive competition, convergence and create common interests instead of rivalry and non-beneficial competitions. Meanwhile, by appreciating the United States of America as the biggest supportive hand in Afghanistan’s political policies, we request a severe change in America’s approach to Afghanistan’s current and National unity government’s politics. If the issue is not considered to the most importance, the regional Stability and international policies will face serious challenges. According to National accord and variation views the current military approach to political disaster in Afghanistan is not considered non-moderate and is sided to establish peace and aiding negotiations between all in benefit and non-beneficial, Domestic and foreign parties by considering Islamic values. Never the less create a working mechanism for Taliban to have a direct role in the current political process of Afghanistan.
2. National accord and variation demands the creation of independent Election Committee for a working democratic government to execute a transparent, fair and self-administered parliament, District and Provincial Council Elections on time. Otherwise, the independent election committee will form with the agreement of United nations and political parties.
3. In case the above solutions where denied by the presidency and most political parties the National accord and variation will Legitimizes National accord’s government by involving all political parties, the countries elite and independent personal, scientists, social and cultural organizations, effective foreign parties etc.
Focus of National accord’s government
a. Respect for Islamic culture along with every other religions
b. Supporting constitution and applicable laws of the country
c. Maintaining integrity among different ethnics in Afghanistan
d. Paving the path to a transparent, free and fair presidential, parliamentary, provincial and district council elections
e. Forming Loya Jirga to implement adjustment to the constitution
f. Execute approvals of National accord’s government
4. If all the above solutions are not implemented, National accord and variation will support any but not limited to international meetings such as the meeting of Bonn, leading to the formation of the transitional process in the country.
