13 members of ISIS-K terrorist group were arrested by the Taliban forces in the capital Kabul, say Taliban officials.
Mohammad Jalal, a member of “Islamic Emirate” cultural commission, said that these IS-K members were arrested in PD-5 of Kabul city.
There is a foreigner among the detainees, he added but did not clarified his citizenship.
Kabul has witnessed clashes among the Taliban forces and IS-K members during the past two days.
On Monday, Taliban announced that they have killed several members of IS-K in north of Kabul city. The clashes lasted several hours.
It is worth mentioning that the Taliban officials vowed that IS-K cannot be a serious threat in Afghanistan.
