The Independent Election Commission (IEC) on Tuesday said in a statement that “the first-ever digital center was opened to review the result table of votes of the Afghan presidential elections.”

“Today, for the first time, a digital center was opened to review the result table of votes of the presidential election,” the commission said in a statement.
This comes as the process of counting votes have been started and the result will be announced in the coming weeks.
