Speaking among scores of Fans and protesters demanding Identity in Taliqan, the center of Takhar province on Friday, Mr Pedram talked about consultations about establishing military bases in northern Afghanistan, saying: “if the situation continues, we will declare northern part of Afghanistan autonomous, and will ask non-Pashtun soldiers not to fight under the command of Mohammad Ashraf Ghani.
